Show Notes

For many years Carolyn Mount has been a member of saint benedict’s table, even though she now lives half-a-day’s drive away. As a former staff member and artist-in-residence she has deep roots in the congregation. This year she will be renewing her in-person connection to us by overseeing one of our vocation exploration opportunities – the Communities of Calling weaving project.

As a full time artist and owner of Natural Born Weaver, Carolyn will be helping us tangle with the warp and weft of community and calling.

Recently the producer of the saint ben’s podcast, Bramwell Ryan, spoke with Carolyn about her background, the work she will be doing in association with our current artist-in-residence Samantha Klassen and the weaving project itself.

Find out more about Carolyn on Facebook and Instagram.

This podcast is created at saint benedict’s table, a congregation of the Anglican Church of Canada in Winnipeg. We’ve been podcasting since 2006 and put a renewed focus on this ministry in 2019.

Our goal is to provide rich and stimulating audio resources to the wider church and engage topics and issues relevant to the concerns and questions of the larger culture in which we live.
